22. Tara.

One of my best friend's little sister is adopted. My friend's name is McCall and she was one of my bridesmaids :)

I posted on my facebook status before that her little sister says, "Hi. My name is Tara. I'm 5 years old. I'm adopted." She also says, "I have a birthmom and a half sister."

McCall texted me yesterday when she was with Tara. They were listening to Soul Sister by Train.
Tara turned down the volume and turns to McCall and says,

"You know, I really am your soul sister. Because your soul and my soul were supposed to be sisters. Our blood just didn't think so."

How freaking ADORABLE? I'm stoked for when Olivia is that age and starts to understand adoption. And I'd laugh if she said something like that to Bradshaw. These kids are so smart :)
